Chaque bijou est en céramique, fabriquée de façon artisanale en petit nombre.
Le poinçon de LAUG y figure quand c’est possible.
L’émail doré est de 12 carats.
PRÉCAUTIONS A PRENDRE
Éviter de faire tomber les bijoux sur le sol, ils peuvent se casser.
Les envelopper soigneusement quand vous voyagez.
En cas d’usure anormale des perles en or ou argent, LAUG les remplacera à son atelier.
QUELLES SONT LES CARACTÉRISTIQUES DES BIJOUX ?
Les pendentifs, colliers et tours de cou sont ajustables, afin d’être portés à différentes hauteurs.
De nombreux pendentifs et les colliers LAURETTE sont réversibles et comportent une autre couleur au verso. Ainsi, ils constituent 2 bijoux en 1.
DISPONIBILITÉ ET LIVRAISON
Si le bijou est en stock, il sera livré sous 15 jours.
Si le bijou n’est pas en stock, il faut compter entre 6 et 8 semaines pour avoir un réassort, le temps pour les céramistes en Provence de créer les pièces et vous pouvez le commander et en payer 50% du prix.
QUELLES ATTACHES POUR LES BOUCLES D’OREILLES ?
Les boucles d’oreilles sont montées sur clip. Le modèle ETOILE CORAIL a des crochets en argent pour oreilles percées.
TOURS DE COU «HORTENSIA, ASTER, ANEMONE, EGANTINE de la « collection NATURE » ?
Les tours de cou avec des fleurs sont montés sur des cordons en cuir qui ont des attaches métalliques avec anneaux réglables.

WHAT MATERIALS ARE USED IN LAUG JEWELLERY ?
Every piece is made by hand in ‘Ceramic’ and in a limited edition.
Where appropriate, each jewel bears a LAUG hallmark.
12 carat gold is used in the enameling process.
CAUTION
It is to be noted that these ceramic jewels are fragile and can be damaged if dropped onto a hard surface – e.g. a stone floor.
We advise you to keep them securely wrapped in an appropriate bag, particularly when travelling.
Should the gold or silver ‘pearls’ be damaged, they can be replaced at the LAUG workshop.
WHAT ARE THE SPECIAL CHARACTERISTICS OF THE JEWELS ?
Pendants, necklaces and chokers can be individually adjusted by varying the length of the cord.
Many of the designs (Pendants and LAURETTE Necklaces) are reversible with gold enamel on one side and another colour on the other. Thus you will have two jewels in one piece !
AVAILABILITY AND DELIVERY TIME
If the chosen object is in stock, we aim to deliver it within 15 days.
If not in stock, it could take between six to eight weeks for the LAUG Workshop to create the new jewel and for delivery.
We are happy to take orders with a 50% down payment in advance.
EARRINGS
Most of the LAUG Earrings are created with a clip-on attachment ; others (e.g. the CORAL STARS – ETOILES CORAIL) can be made with silver hooks for pierced ears.
